PROM Operations Coordinator (IN-plant)

The role of PROM Operations Coordinator is to manage operational & commercial requirements for In-Plant client.
Your Role
The role includes export/import air/sea operations in addition to customer-facing duties including customer service, expediting and working together on invoicing and SOA activities. Furthermore the role requires the use of existing business relationships to leverage future business opportunities
Your Responsibilities

• To process all export/import bookings, documentation and despatch requirements accurately and within agreed timeframes including liaising with carriers for pre bookings and allocations
• To ensure that document processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards
• To ensure that all documentation is filed or scanned as per operational and company requirements
• To ensure all sea freight rates are checked and are accurate at all times
• To liaise with Customers directly as required both internally and externally
• To act in a professional manner at all times with customers
• To assist with monthly FSL processes and creditor invoices
• To ensure the accurate issuing and timely mailing of invoices in accordance with negotiated rates and company procedures.
  
  

Your Skills And Experiences

• Preferably you have a Bachelor's Degree
• You have minimum 2-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Logistics
• You have minimum 3-5 years in-depth general forwarding experience
• You are confident to operate effectively under high-pressure
• You are fluent in English and preferably in Arabic too
