Eagle's Flight is recruiting a high caliber individual to join our Sales team. The Proposal Writer is responsible for the development, support and management of proposals, ranging from small and straightforward to large and complex, in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. He/she leads the proposal process setting the timeline, running meetings and ensuring that a high-quality proposal is delivered on time, while adapting to unexpected challenges and competing project priorities. The Proposal Writer works directly with account executives and subject matter experts to ensure that the content is accurate and the proposal reflects the strategic vision of the company. The successful candidate is able to plan and build a high quality, winning response to a request for proposal, develops content, and continuously works at creating efficiency within the process.

In This Role You Will:

• Lead proposal development by writing, editing, coordinating, designing and submitting the company’s proposals to clients
• Perform as a primary writer, draw from professional experience to advise on the best approaches specific to the requirements in the RFP document
• Apply critical thinking skills and creativity to ensure solutions meet the criteria and needs of both clients, and the internal Eagle’s Flight operations team
• Collaborate and build relationships with various internal departments for input
• Manage proposal development timelines to ensure strict deadlines are met
• Work with budgets, pivot tables, complex pricing and program staffing requirements
• Consolidate materials from multiple contributors ensuring consistent voice and style throughout
• Work with creative design team to build visual content

You Should Have:

• Bachelor's degree in business with a preferred focus in project management or marketing and/or equivalent years of industry experience
• 3-5 years of Marketing Coordination,Creative Writing, Sales Administration and/or Communications experience
• Demonstrated experience writing proposals or marketing content
• Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Superb attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management skills including experience holding team members accountable for deliverables
• The ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines and multitask
• The ability to handle pressure with a positive attitude
• The ability to act quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good judgment
