You will be key account for several customers of different industries. Especially for our French blue chip customers we are looking for an employee who will cover the daily business, understands the complex requirements and takes care of all tasks. 

 

YOUR TASKS

• Key Account for french blue chip customers
• Data validation for customer projects
  
• Clarification of questions with customers directly
  
• Implementation, testing and execution of tenders via our web-application
• Support of suppliers during the tender process
  
• Coaching of Carriers and customers via web
• Maintanance of several databases
• Customer Development
• Testing and optimization of our web-application
• Creation and maintanance of regular KPI Reporting Pack for management

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor‘s Degree in relevant departmen (e. g. Business Administration / Internaional Management / Logistics)
• Job starter (2-3 years experience beneficial)
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English
• French or German beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High degree of customer service orientation
• Result and quality orientation precise way of working
• Willingness and potential for learning and development
• Strong personal commitment
• Highly motivated, innovative, creative
