The Junior Project Manager will assist and support the Project Manager, Production Manager and on occasion the Production Studio Manager during all aspects for the day to day production tasks. They will be a confident communicator both internally and externally and be able to use their own initiative to juggle a plethora of high intensity, fast paced projects at the same time.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain awareness and understanding of assigned clients’ situations and objectives and prepare Budgets, Creative Matrices, and Production grids that will meet objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of multiple production projects at any given time.
- Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met appropriately.
- Assess projects issues and identify solutions, bring proactive solutions to team to ensure productivity, quality and timing are not jeopardized.
- Proactively communicate each project’s status on a daily basis, all while continually looking for ways to streamline current process and increase efficiencies.
- Assist team in IMPACT Training 101 and assist Account team in education of production process and management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective client service, proactive problem solving and the successful execution of all facets of project management with clients, agencies and media owners.
- Work collaboratively with team to maintain thorough knowledge of client roster, production techniques, capabilities, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience
- 6 months experience within either an OOH agency, or full service media agency.
Skills
- OOH understanding.
- Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships through the delivery of superior customer service.
- Previous experience in presenting to clients.Previous experience in client facing role and account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop software, specifically: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Supportive team player yet confident to work under own initiative.
