One of our clients, a dealership digital marketing platform, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive new Tier 3 Dealership business. This individual will travel frequently and oversee new hires in the field. The ideal candidate has prior experience with the automotive industry and digital marketing products.

- Prospecting revenue opportunities within key accounts and OEM programs to grow the client’s market penetration
- Performing daily monitoring of accounts and regularly interfacing with clients to align needs and objectives to newly available product offerings, leading performance reviews and adjustments and relaying feedback internally to drive process improvements
- Growing and maintaining a book of business through evaluation of market potential for customer accounts
- Maintaining current awareness of current industry issues and trends for discussion with prospects
- Serving as a primary point of escalation, relaying information and feedback to internal customer teams
- Coordinating with internal customer teams to maximize customer growth and retention
- Performing regular account performance assessments to regulate dealer expectations and goals, finding and creating action plans for at-risk accounts
- Serving as a knowledge and support base for internal marketing teams to support client improvements and product development
- Supervising new sales hires to train and establish account sales and maintenance processes in the field
- Excellent interpersonal skills, skilled at assessing degrees of satisfaction through verbal and nonverbal communications
- Strategic and long-term thinker, capable of keeping deadlines while prioritizing multiple projects at once
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, well-versed in sales methodology with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with dealers
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
