    Sales San Antonio is currently seeking 2 outside salespersons for the San Antonio area for a full time position including:

    • Extraordinarily high commission (expectation of compensation of over $100,000 by year 3 - Note: If 100% commission based program is something you are not open to, do not apply. We would never limit the earning potential of our sales team.

    • Extensive ongoing sales training and coaching



    The outside salesperson/s will be held accountable to:

    • Meet with your internal coach on a weekly basis

    • Attend weekly training sessions as you learn the Sandler Selling System

    • Meet monthly and yearly revenue and behavioral sales objectives

    • Prospect through various methods to obtain leads/opportunities

    • Qualify the opportunities and close new relationships

    • Maintain (coach and train) those clients

    • Work cooperatively in team environment

    • Maintain opportunities, contacts, and manage your time in an activity tracking system


    Job Requirements You Must Have:

    • A willingness to learn and grow (degree NOT required)

    • Confidence and belief in yourself

    • Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Very high ambition and drive

    • Complete self-responsibility
