Job Summary
Health Management is looking for a candidate who is passionate about developing client relationships. We are focused on building and maintaining long term relationships with our clients and acting as their trusted advisor. The candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients varying in size and will be responsible for prioritising the demands of their clients.
Experience Required
• Proactively manage assigned portfolio of Gold, Silver and Bronze accounts
• Monitor manage and renew the client at the required profitability level
• Develop an in depth understanding of the client objectives and success measures
• Proactively identify client growth opportunities and develop case studies and testimonials
• Deliver effective management information to support the client relationship adding relevant insight and analysis
• Develop an appropriate contact strategy for each client following the defined meeting structure
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders to highlight and resolve any client issues.
• Lead the implementation of client accounts where an Implementation Manager has not been assigned
• Proactively manage the client renewal cycle identifying any challenges with renewal and developing intervention strategies
• Lead on assigned retenders working with the business development team
• Attend client renewal presentations
• Support by attending new business presentations and internal projects as appropriate
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
Experience Required
Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of commercial impact in order to maintain client profitability.
Strategic Planning: Works with client and internal stakeholders to develop the service remit, anticipating change, developments and future needs
Sales Focus: Understands client needs and HML’s full service provision. Proactively and successfully promotes new services to the client
Communication Skills: Interacts effectively with the client, maintaining regular and relevant contact. Receives positive customer feedback both anecdotally and via customer satisfaction surveys.
Organisation Skills: Able to plan and prioritise effectively for a range of clients, delivering to client and HML deadlines.
Project Management: Manages or plays a key role in client and HML projects, including successful implementation and exit of clients to time and within budget/cost constraints
