ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Preferred applicants should be able to maintain and develop strong, sustain relationships with suppliers and as well as corporate and direct clients.

Interested candidates should be able to negotiate with airline suppliers and also povide feasible airline options to the clients after negotiations with the suppliers.

Selected applicants should be able to assist groups during departures and ensuring client request are met and also gather market and client information, and following up with visits to develop new business.

Candidates should be able to provide consultation for clients on the services provided by the company.

Applicants should be able to process cancellations and modifications and promptly relaying this information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Selected candidates should have a working experience as a
reservation and ticketing agent in the same field or related for a period of 1 to 2 years.

Ideal applicants should have an excellent communication skill both verbal and written to help ease communication at work.

Preferred candidates should have a superior negotiation skill to be able to talk to clients and convince them when at work.

Interested applicants should have an excellent problem solving skill to be able to solve all complex problems that are met when at work.
