Sales Account Manager Club Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a proactive minimum of 3 years B2B experience Sales Account Manager with a highly target-driven approach and an international mindset, to join our UAE sales team based in Abu Dhabi. 

The successful candidate will manage Sport Clubs accounts in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Previous experience in this industry is an advantage.

 This role involves the following missions:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability and cash flow targets
• Develop new business opportunities and explore market potential
• Identify new prospects and grow leads generation
• Provide accurate CRM updates
• Increase customer satisfaction and grow an existing portfolio

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets on the field locally;
• Guarantee customer satisfaction on the field locally;
• Guarantee adequate market feedback on the Segment trends;
• Guarantee market management and adequate n. of customer/prospect visits per year in line with the GSN code;
• Guarantee appropriate sales activity planning and the GSN code daily application;
• Guarantee the respect of Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance;

• Negotiation skills;
• Long-term customer relationship approach;
• Communication and presentation skills;
• CRM Management knowledge;
• Advance software use: web, social media, ICT devices and tools, cloud services;
• Social media and digital skills;
• Fitness wellness product knowledge (plus);
• Wellness oriented (sporty person, wellness lifestyle, no smoker, healthy diet);
• Integrity and Humility;
• Passion and optimism;
• Initiative and prudent risk-taking;
• Problem solver, result-driven, team player;
• Customer and process-oriented;
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are an advantage;
• UAE driving license
