Business Development Manager - Projects, Oil & Gas

Your Role
Your role is to lead, support, initiate, develop and generate business within Oil & Gas and Projects department at regional level; implement Company Policies besides operations and comply with QSHE guidelines; focus on developing the team in respect of competency and exchange best practices.
Your Responsibilities

• To ensure that O & G/Projects, RFQs, RFP, RFI are handled on time during the qualification, tendering, planning, commissioning and handover stages on large value complex and challenging projects in the market
• Develop sales, marketing with mandate of system entries are carried out in a timely fashion
• Ensure operational excellence to meet client’s requirements in general and specific for O & G
• Supervise operators to handle efficiently of assigned tasks but not restricted to Invoicing and dispatch of bills on time, FSL closing, e-Billing and DQ of ACON
• Execute the global strategy with the main aim of achieving growth and profitability
• Ensuring that business solutions are built and implemented according to customer needs and that the right KN resources are involved in the solution (in terms of skills, knowledge, behavior)
• Ensure Operations excellence to meet client’s requirements in general and specific for Projects
• Supervise operations in Freight Forward process and monitor operators to handle efficiently of assigned tasks but not restricted to Invoicing & Dispatch of bills on time
  
  

Your Skills And Experiences

• You have Bachelors Degree, preferred Master’s Degree
• You have MBA or Project Management Certificate
• You have minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil&Gas/Projects Market
• You have direct experience of managing major scale projects
• You have project management & directorship skills
• You have excellent relationship-building skills and people management skills
• You are trustworthy, reliable, professional, contentious and accountable
• You speak English, preferred Arabic
