Sales Account Manager Hospitality & Residential Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a proactive minimum of 3 years B2B experience Sales Account Manager with a highly target-driven approach and an international mindset, to join our UAE sales team based in Abu Dhabi


The successful candidate will manage Hospitality and Residential accounts in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Previous experience in this industry is an advantage.


 This role involves the following missions:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability and cash flow targets
  • Develop new business opportunities and explore market potential
  • Identify new prospects and grow leads generation
  • Provide accurate CRM updates
  • Increase customer satisfaction and grow an existing portfolio


KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability and cash flow targets
  • Build strong and long term relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and secure existing portfolio
  • Constantly train and learn about company products and value-added services
  • Provide accurate market and competition insights
  • Achieve market coverage by a minimum of 5 customer/prospect visits per day
  • Proactive consultative approach to generate business opportunities
  • Update of the company CRM with activities and customers’ updates, on a daily basis
  • Embrace the company highly process-oriented strategy
  • Respect Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance
  • Effective interaction with company departments to ensure the quality of service, and consistently surpass customer satisfaction
  • Add value by striving for excellence in behaviour, processes and practices
  • Submit sales report daily, weekly and monthly in an accurate way


PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B field position in premium sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A go-getter with a desire to succeed and exceed in the achievement of targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
  • CRM knowledge and embracement
  • Advanced software user: web, social media, ICT devices and tools, cloud services
  • Social media and digital skills
  • Fitness and wellness passionate
  • Wellness oriented (sportive person, wellness lifestyle, no smoker, healthy diet)
  • Integrity and loyalty
  • Can-do attitude - Self-motivated and proactive
  • Solution-oriented, Result driven, Team player
  • Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are an advantage
  • UAE driving license
