Sales Manager job is available in Multan for a well-reputed organization in Pharmaceutical sector. Candidates having degree of BBA/MBA from a recognized institution along with minimum 10 years of sales experience in Pharma sector preferably in managing Gynae portfolio are encouraged to apply.

The job role of Sales Manager is to ensure the positive growth of organization in terms of market share and corporate image.

Responsibilities:

• The person would be Ambassador to enhance company’s corporate image and responsible to highlight product qualities with Ethical and Professional approach.
• Tracking sales goal and overseeing performance of the sales team.
• Result oriented Selling and Marketing of products in assigned division only.
• Ensure best coverage to procure business, create demand and generate prescriptions according to the potential of customers.
• Under the supervision of NSM, the person will be responsible to classify available customers’s potential category and frequency of visit to generate prescription of relevant products.
• Maintain good rapport with all especially with opinion leader doctors in assigned territory.
• Attend time to time seminars, meetings, training etc in order to get best guidelines for generating business.
• Can be able to implement quarterly given strategies.
• Person would be expected to keep an eye on ongoing activities especially competitor’s company and product status.
• Person will be responsible to present revenues, expense and realistic forecast to the management team.
• Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status.
