Savola Foods Turkey is looking for a Sales Planning Manager;    


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitors sales and distribution performance by developing and updating sales and distribution performance reports to give analysis, indicators and recommendations

  • Tracks competition prices by developing and updating competition/market price changes reports on regular basis to give clear insights about the competition/market price changes and trend

  • Monitors sales in/sales out by updating and communicating daily sell in/sell out report to ensure alignment with sales plan and to recommend corrective actions

  • Develop Sales data structure by using ERP system and MS Office applications to ensure availability of sales data in unified and easy to use format

  • Preparing all sales planning reports and analysis profitability

  • Support the communication between sales analysts

  • Prepends related reports for finance, plant, supply chain and General Manager

  • Coordinating SKU's and preparing SKU budget

  • Importing historical sales data (B2B, B2C, retail, direct sales, export)

  • Creating statistical reports

  • Leading Demand & Sales meetings monthly

  • Prepare executive reports for GM and top management

     

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Statistics or related fields

  • 7-10 years relevant experience in sales analysis preferably in FMCG

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to be flexible, multitask and drive key projects in a fast paced, high demand environment

  • Confident and capable of operating and presenting at all levels, good team player

  • Superb analytical skills; work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and data crunching
