Job Description:

• Effective curriculum implementation as per The Educators philosophy
• The achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks as per TE Scheme of Work and DLPs
• Provide professional, democratic, dynamic and firm leadership to the School community
• Maintain an effective public relationing system for all stake holders
• Monitor record keeping procedures in compliance with the TE
• School based professional development of teaching staff
• Ensure proper maintenance of School Property
• Supervise all financial handling including fee receivable, imprest detail etc in collaboration with Administration and Accounts Staff

General Skills and Abilities Required:
