Senior Accountant

Four Winds Logistics is looking for a candidate that will be positioned in 

Dammam, Saudi Arabia. 

Working with the regional management and finance director,

the candidate will manage Accounting and Financial operations with oversight for financial reporting, account records and accounting controls. Ensure financial statements comply with internal policy and external regulations (IFRS) while adhering to contractual obligations. Analyze financial statements, conduct cost/benefit analysis and identify areas of weakness. To perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be delegated by the immediate superior or the Management.

The key responsibilities: 

• Preparation of regional P&L and balance sheets monthly statements
• Verification and co-approval of petty cash voucher, check voucher disbursements
• Inter-branch accounts reconciliation (includes verification and approval);
• To follow-up of collection of the accounts receivable;
• To receive and arrange all letters and documents in the 201-file including the opening of 201-file for a newly hired employee;
• Preparation of the branch cash position and the scheduling of payments;
• To verify with the bank on a regular basis concerning the transmittal of payment from agents and customers; 
• To coordinate with the branch cashier in requesting from the bank a monthly statement of accounts;

Qualification: 

- Priority for Saudi nationals 

- Minimum 3 years experience in similar post.

- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance;

- Experience in managing team members

- Fluency in oral/written English;

- Knowledge of Arabic language.

- CPA, CMA qualifications are advantage.
