Reporting to the Director, Global Communications & Brand, your team will be responsible for generating interest and leads inbound activities, such as: paid ads, SEO/SEM, interactive and engaging web and mobile content, blogging, email and online marketing.

What You’ll Do
- Devise, develop and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive online traffic to the company website and raise brand awareness
- Work closely with web UI development team to design or improve website, partner portal, and customer portal navigation, SEO and link-building strategies, look and feel, interactive content, as well as integration with back-end CRM and other systems
- Produce and run Internet marketing campaigns that focus heavily on organic search engine optimization, local search optimization, conversion optimization, link building, content marketing, and pay-per-click advertisement
- Develop and drive link building services and develop new link building strategies, including SEO and SEM programs
- Monitor and provide monthly reports on each Internet marketing activity individually including (Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Link Building and Citation Acquisition, Video Optimization, Content Marketing, Paid Search (PPC), and other key areas of Internet Marketing and SEO) and keep Director, Global Communications & Brand informed of new possible services and/or strategic change
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Drive implementation and ongoing maintenance of a marketing automation system to drive lead nurturing, campaign management, campaign reporting, etc
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop creative marketing content
Team Management
- Supervise and inspire the product and digital marketing team members in generating concepts for a campaign or project
- Provide project management of web team members to accomplish digital marketing goals as they align with overall marketing plans
- Set goals/targets for the team, outlining project timelines and distribution of work
- Develop and maintain an effective and involved workforce through performance leadership and employee involvement; driving creative growth, education, communications and policies which support inclusion and team effectiveness
- Develop, update and train team members on established digital marketing procedures (e.g. on-site optimization best practices, link acquisition outreach, structured markup guidelines, online digital marketing strategies, etc.)
- You may be required to help in other areas from time to time
To be successful in this position, the candidate must be:
- Able to execute quickly on digital marketing activities, and develop processes and disciplines for their team that will ensure the quality of marketing deliverables
- Able to come up with innovative digital marketing programs and campaigns that differentiate SOTI from its competitors
- Work cross-functionally within Marketing
- Focused on measuring and demonstrating ROI for your team’s initiatives
- Able to present complex material in a simple manner, with appropriate business context
- (External and internal) customer-oriented
- Able to calmly and eloquently articulate opinions in the presence of executives
Experience You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience with B2B digital marketing is required, with demonstrable results achieved in leading lead gen programs
- Experience leading demand gen teams, with 5 years of progressive experience in a team leadership role with examples balancing both tactical and strategic execution
- Previous experience building programs from the ground up, with balancing both strategy and execution is key
- Experience working within a global marketing team is a strong plus
- Ability to distill complex technologies to compelling messaging for business
- Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
- Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem-solving and executive presentation skills are required
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proven ability to have impact & influence
