As Service Manager for Turkey, you will head the execution of Grundfos strategy according to the market and ensure we create as much synergy as possible across the markets.

You will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to exceed the expectations of our customers while ensuring efficiency and becoming part of an international environment with highly motivated and competent colleagues.

You will report to the Senior Manager – Area Service, Middle East.

What is the job about?

As our new Service Manager for Turkey, you become responsible for creating a Service strategy plan “commercializing service” and an operational roadmap for the area, always linked to the regional and global strategy.

To achieve business results, you need to develop teams of highly-skilled service staff and service partners and build relationships with the country’s/companies’ most important customers, ensuring we create exceptional relationships with these key customer groups.

You are responsible for the service P&L and to ensure a common price policy for service activities and spare parts/kits in accordance with the requirements of the area and aligned with local market conditions and Sales.

As part of developing the service organisation you ensure we use technology to add value and efficiency to our customers’ business by managing their pumping systems.

Heading the Service organisation also means that you are part of the local management team and as such, accountable for driving health and safety performance.

What do you need to apply?

You have a Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant leadership experience.

With your great negotiation and leadership skills, you are used to managing various stakeholders across borders, and you can work strategically as well as on an operational level.

Moreover, you have a good knowledge of CRM systems and excellent communication skills in English.

On a personal level, you are persistent and confidence-inspiring, and with your positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, you are able to impact and collaborate with local and global stakeholders.

You are a strong people manager to motivate and drive the team with good direction and passion.

You know that you need to listen and pay attention to every single stakeholder involved in order to get people on board with your strategies and ideas.

Having strong business acumen, you can assimilate information to make well-considered decisions that ultimately help expand our business.
