    We are looking for a qualified Social Media Influencers Manager to join our team! If you are a Social Media-savvy professional, experienced in GCC and Saudi social media market, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.

    Our ideal candidate has exceptional people skills along to oral and written communication skills in both English & Arabic and is able to develop relationships with most trending, upcoming and Iconic social media celebrities. You should be a ‘people person’ with great negotiation skills and the ability to moderate online influencers campaigns to serve the client’s needs and business goals.

    Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our client Infront of the influencers and manage all their communications.


    JOB RESPONSABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Wide knowledge in the trending and upcoming influencers.
    • Identify influencers follower’s base insights, influence ratio and potential eROI.
    • Set Clear Objectives side by side with a relevant benchmarking.
    • Secure and lock exclusive deals and maintain the best available prices and added value from influencers.
    • Lead all social influencer programs including long term relationships, seasonal activation, and substantial micro-influencer program
    • Develop and mentor the Too Faced social influencer team while ensuring strong relationships cross functionally
    • Lead ideation, identification and execution of influencer partnerships, storytelling and social content creation across multiple channels and platforms
    • Understand the influencer landscape, their social platforms, content creation patterns and their work within the beauty and fashion industry
    • Develop stories leveraging influencers to connect to brand objectives and consumer needs
    • Partner with international teams to expand and maintain influencer activity in various markets
    • Build content calendars specific to influencer marketing, aligning with Marketing, Digital, Social Media, PR, and Retail teams to reflect key programs and product launches
    • Track and analyze all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
    • Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices and KPIs (e.g. earned media value) in a consistently changing landscape
    • Monitor, track and share new digital and social trends, tools and platforms to connect with brand strategies
    • Utilize Tribe Dynamics and other social listening tools/platforms to measure influencer activity against brand KPIs
    • Ability to create a plan that meets the client’s needs and business objective.
    • Ability to sit and apply a solid Engagement Strategy and ad scenario for the influencers in cooperation with the creative team.
    • Measure & Analyze influencers performance and build a history record.


    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-2 years of PR or talent relations experience
    • Digital fluency in the entertainment influencer landscape
    • Demonstrated experience in management required
    • Demonstrate relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media, editorial and consumer marketing
    • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, influencers and consumer engagement
    • Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships with a range of leadership
    • An 'early adopter' of digital trends, and has a passion for digital projects
    • Active within social media and digital platforms in a global capacity
    • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
