Key Duties

• Work with the Social Media Manager to create and implement campaigns
• Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis
• Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
• Create engaging social media content
• Provide support to our marketing team at live and online events
• Assist to the photoshoots and video shoots 
• Monitoring and replying to client reviews (Zamato, Tripadvisor, Talabat, Google +, Facebook)
• Increase the number of followers we have on our social media by following and engaging with potential clients 
• Help coordinate a guest blogger/influencer programme 
• Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including social media analytics

Intern Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and arabic (prefered)
• Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
• The ability to work collaboratively with a team 
• Able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks at once; plans ahead so that required tasks get completed 
• Well informed and passionate about their job and social media 
• In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Google+
• Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Final Cut Pro (prefered)
