The Student Engagement Advisor is the first point of contact for proactive outbound engagement campaigns aimed at increasing the connectedness of current Chisholm Online students.

Student Engagement Advisors will augment the retention effort of professional educators by proactively raising the awareness of support services available to the Chisholm Online student cohort. Through a multi-channel approach, this role will keep Chisholm Online students engaged, documenting key insights and act as a referral service for students who require access to our services or additional support.

Your key accountabilities will be but not limited to:

  • Confidently engage with current and students via telephone, email and social media to optimise engagement
  • Widely promote our Student Support and Engagement activities and services to students as they commence their study program through a combination of digital communication channels
  • Ensure that all commencing students are contacted in a timely manner as defined by the overall campaign framework
  • Ensure our completing student cohort are aware of the support and pathway options available to them as they near the end of their course
  • Increase the awareness of academic commitments of students including assistance with navigating Chisholm as a new student
  • Link students with the appropriate support person or service



ABOUT YOU
You will have a relevant Diploma in business or administration and or proven experience working in administrative operations in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

You are a highly motivated and innovative with the ability to form strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders in a complex environment. Your highly collaborative style coupled with your resilience when faced with change will set you apart as an exceptional candidate for this position.
