Job Purpose:
Attain Levi’s® Store Iconic status by leading superior strategies, managing and developing the store team and leading operational practices to deliver brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial
growth.
Key Metrics:
- Manages store financial plan through driving sales, managing expenses and developing plans for increased profitability.
- Ensures all operational standards achieved.
- Hires, trains and retains a store staff who model LS&CO selling practices, deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals.
- Executes flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and making merchandising adaptations where needed.
Sales:
- Drives profitable sales and meets or exceeds store financial plans through team delivering on KPI goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction and Sales Per Hour).
- Analyzes financial reports and makes adjustments to the business to increase sales and drive profitability.
- Evaluates all expenses in relation to stores P&L.
- Delivers results through managing payroll and controllable expenses.
- Creates, communicates and holds team members accountable to individual sales goals.
People:
- Recruits, interviews and makes hiring and termination decisions for all levels of store personnel including members of store management.
- Effectively trains all new hires on LS&CO culture and associate responsibilities.
- Ensures all staff is fully trained on product knowledge and our selling practices.
- Coaches and develops the staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the organization.
- Creates succession planning by hiring, developing and retaining top talent.
- Manages all employee relations issues including performance management and holding associates
- accountable for following LS&CO policies and procedures.
- Responsible for managing and executing the performance review process bi-annually for their store team, utilizing these tools to drive performance.
Operational Excellence:
- Accountable to operational results/expectations in store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.
- Achieves payroll plan through creating store schedules, monitoring labor costs and adapting to business conditions based on weekly and monthly sales.
- Provides effective leadership and delegates responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed.
- Directs the management team in prioritizing responsibilities.
- Ensures sound inventory management through accurately receiving and sending merchandise, completing all required paperwork and following all price change and ticketing procedures.
- Plans for and oversees all physical inventory preparation and counts.
- Prevents loss by educating associates, monitoring daily store activity, ensuring company policies are followed and partnering with loss prevention.
Merchandising:
- Responsible for executing store visual standards in accordance with visual merchandising direction, executing flawless product presentation.
- Makes decisions about and adaptations to visual merchandising direction based on the lay out and needs of the store.
- Ensures product is displayed in a manner which tells a story through styling and propping and is compelling to the customer.
- Maintains appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by planning and directing floor replenishment.
Customer Experience:
- Creates a high energy, compelling store experience for customers by engaging and modeling appropriate customer service behaviors to associates.
- Holds the team accountable to the Denim Leadership Authentic Customer Service.
- Trains all associates on product knowledge to make them product experts who can effectively serve our customer’s needs.
- Plans payroll/scheduling based on high traffic times to ensure the store is properly staffed to assist customers.
Key Relationships:
- Develops and fosters key collaborative relationships with other Store Managers within the District and key members of the corporate Retail team in Operations, Human Resources, Administration, Security, Loss Prevention, Finance, Inventory, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing & Brand Environment, Planning and Allocation etc.
Direct Reports:
- Assistant Manager, Supervisors and Sales Associates (number varies by location) Annual Budget Under His/her Responsibility: varies by location and business unit.
Job Timings: Between 11 am to 9 pm (9 Hours)
Working Days: 6 Days a week, 1 weekly holiday (Saturdays & Sundays are working), compensatory off days are provided for gazetted holidays.
Experience: Fresh graduates or less than 1-year experience preferably in the retail industry
Travel Required, if any (local/int)
- Minimal local traveling only
Females should be flexible about working hours and should be willing to work in retail customer facing environment.
Expected Salary Range (PKR):
- PKR 40,000 to 50,000 during probation period of 3 months, salary revision 50,000 to 60,000 after successful probation completion.

Probation Period: Probation period of 3 months
Selection Process:
- Selection process will consist of screening interviews, assessment center, panel interviews. Assessment center consists of aptitude test, group discussions and case study.
Orientation & Training: MTO’s will go through a rigorous induction program.
