VP/Director – Investment Banking

A large Financial Institution with operations across MENA is currently looking for an experienced VP/Director, Investment Banking to join their operations in Riyadh, Saudi. This position will be responsible for the originating and leading investment transactions. Lead the execution of equity and debt financing, M&A and restructuring and recapitalization transactions.

  

   

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of equity and debt financings, M&A, and restructuring and recapitalization transactions.
• Responsible for running deal process, including creating project timelines and directing the creation of client deliverables.
• Performing extensive valuation and pricing analysis.
• Interaction with potential buyers, including presentation of marketing materials.
• Oversee junior staff in developing financial models, presentations and pitchbook materials

Key requirements:

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 6 – 12 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking
• Proven track record in M&A transaction origination and execution
• Knowledge in deal structuring and closing principals
