Job Description

• Accurate, Smooth operation of WWTP, analysis of effluent samples and reporting and interpretation of data.
• Troubleshoot technical issues relating to WWTP operation and lab testing.
• Achieve Environmental compliance against PEQS & PI standards.
• Inventory Management for smooth WWTP & Lab operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and maintenance departments for Reliable WWTP operation.
• Support HSE Manager to sustain ISO 14001 certification by fulfilling all the requirements and providing guidance and support to other functions.
• Support in implementation of MyEHS Water module & Corporate Environmental Standards.
• Assist the HSE manager for Self-Audit against Environmental Standards, develops action plans, monitor & report progress.
• Coordinating all effluent & stack analysis internally/externally as per set frequency and maintain auditable records.
• Ensuring calibrations & maintenance of all required EMS related equipment.
• To ensure adequacy of WWTP to fulfill future PepsiCo Environmental Standards.
• WWTP Tanks cleaning & maintenance plan according to PC line operation.
• HSE Induction training in all shifts & assists the HSE Specialist for different training sessions.
• Support to HSE compliance in all shift like Earplug inspection, Safety Shoes Inspection etc.
• Support in HSE mandate working i.e. 3P equipment’s inspection, Electrical safety audit, Load lifting testing etc.
• Ensure cleaning of plant area as per sanitation plan.
• Ensure Effluent water recycling for gardening & other use process.
• UASB maintain (Color, Bio gas) & AT de-slugging according to MLSS.
• Support HSE Manager in implementation the GEHSMS & Environment Standards (Discharge of Waste Water, Waste Management System, Storm Water Management, Air Quality Management System etc.)
• Responsible to develop SOPs of different process of WWTP.

Qualifications/Requirements

• (a) Diploma of Associate Engineering or equivalent
• (b) Computer knowledge
• (d) Ability to develop and analyze data and extract meaningful results and actions out of it
• 2-4 years in similar capacity
• Capable to handle WWTP operations independently and implantation of Environmental compliance
