Our client are one of the top suppliers in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry and they are looking for a German Speaking Account Manager, who will look after our client’s large client base in Germany by helping with any queries relating to their machinery.
Account Manager German Speaking
Role Profile
Customer orientated role proactively manging customer’s requirements across all aspect of the Service Business, including:
Spares Parts
Service and Maintenance
Upgrades
Technical support for existing equipment
Advise and follow up quotations for enhancements / upgrades
Service Level Agreements
Builds relationships, proactively monitors and improves customer satisfaction
Prepares quotations and technical proposals direct to customers, often needing to negotiate on technical content, price, and delivery expectations
Is responsible for their own sales and profit targets, contributing to the overall business performance

Essential Skills/ Qualities

Business focussed and Sales driven
Fluent in German
Good working knowledge or Microsoft Office
Willing to travel (20-30% approximately) to customer sites around the DACHEE region
