Daily responsibilities

- Experience in creating and indexing files on google doc and word is very important

- Act as a human calendar, book travel and hotel accommodation with attention to detail

- Schedule and confirm meetings

- Provide support in organising coffees and lunch for meetings when required

- Keep track of expenses and credit card statements (keep receipts)

- Ensure adhering to monthly budgets

- Keep a file of frequently asked questions by clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Google-drive and other task management tools
