Overview

Cardlytics is seeking an Analytics Consultant to join the Advertiser Analytics team in our fast-growing UK business.

The Analytics Consultant will be responsible for reporting and custom analytics for Cardlytics UK Advertiser Clients, which include some of the biggest retailers, restaurants, travel companies in the country. They will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to provide consultancy and analytical support on the planning, optimization and evaluation of targeted campaigns, as well as bespoke insights that strengthen client partnerships. We expect the best candidate to be a fast learner who will thrive on the problem solving required in a rapidly developing business and has the curiosity to explore the many new opportunities still to be realized through our data and products.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Understanding of client requirements, execution of analysis and communication of insight to clients
  • Proactive investigation of the rich transactional data we hold, including analysis at customer, merchant and market-vertical level
  • Campaign and programme forecasting, evaluation and enhancement
  • Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities to unlock additional value with clients through insight and analytics
  • Design and develop new analytical approaches and products
  • Effectively manage workload across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery


Qualifications And Experience
  • 5+ years in data analysis of large consumer or digital datasets
  • Experienced user of SAS and SQL
  • Understanding of statistical techniques
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Proven skills and experience in interpreting analytical results and creating effective presentation materials

Education, Training and Travel
  • A university degree in a numerate discipline (e.g. maths, engineering, stats, economics, etc.)
