Job Description
As an executive remuneration analyst, you will gather data for benchmarking and plan, design and implement executive remuneration and incentive programmes for clients. You will work directly with managers and executive leadership of large firms to evaluate and develop remuneration and reward strategies that ultimately deliver value for the firm.
We do not expect entry-level analysts to be ready to deliver client-ready work immediately. However, you should be prepared to learn very, very fast.
Compensation based on performance and reviewed annually. This position is eligible to participate in our bonus programme.

Person specification
- Graduates with a 2:1, or 1st
- Ability to communicate complex ideas at Board level
- Strong quantitative skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn very rapidly
- Some language ability a plus
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
