Job Key Details:
Assist the accounting manager with several accounting duties
Assist in preparing budgets
Make sure all receipts and payments are properly recorded
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in accordance with the company regulations and policies
Assist in organizing documents as well as files
Undertake data entry tasks
Any other related task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field of study
Should have practical accounting experience
Familiarity with financial management information systems
Must have good computer knowledge with the ability to use the accounting software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
