Job Summary: Looking for an Office Administration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Handle correspondence through answering emails and organizing mail
Plan and arrange events
Respond to phone calls and transfer them as necessary
Photocopy and file appropriate documents as required
Create agendas and take meeting notes
Preserve accurate records for employee holiday requests
Maintain security of the office records, equipment as well as documents
Ensure confidentiality of office information
Handle the office protocol and etiquettes

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
At least one to two years of experience in the same field
Strong typing skills required
Expertise in computer applications
Demonstrated results in work performance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment with the capacity to remain flexible
