The Opportunity
Assist in the new business proposal and concept development process for the enterprise including writing, presentation development, creative content, sourcing phot library, coordinating and organizing concepts and menus. Assists with the management of the creative studio.
Administers Brands and Concepts content including Sharepoint content development.
Manages brands database and develops reports that allow B&C team to track prospects by industry leaders, best in class competitor, high revenue generators, etc.
Develops and maintains a library of presentations, papers and resources for creative use.
Assists in the RFP process by coordinating writing process, ensuring dates are achieved, correct versions are submitted to creative agency, and assist internal business experts with production of programs and concepts
Coordinates Brands and Concepts team meeting agendas, task, conferences calls / meetings. Schedules and participates in subsidiary and Industry business development conferences
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years’ experience managing successful projects with tight timelines and deliverables
Writing, researching and presentation development.
Knowledge of the creative process of website development, agencies, photographers, print companies and/or video companies/disciplines.
Considerable experience in project management software and Microsoft Office
Advanced level of writing skills.
Up to 20% travel as needed
