    Overview

    Company will pair up drivers, but established teams are encouraged to apply. Driver teams deliver freight via dry van or reefer. Hazmat not required. Most runs east of I-35, but should be willing to run all 48 states and the east coast. Loads are mostly single stop, live load/unload. Company assigns new truck every 12 months. Drivers can take truck home, with approval. Teams average 5,000-6,000 miles per week. Typically out 1-3 weeks, then home 2-4 days. Pets allowed, with approval.

    Compensation

    Up tp $0.60 per mile, per driver

    $0.02 increase after 6 months

    $0.03 increase after 1 year

    $1,400 per driver per week average, per driver to start

    Requirements

    CDL-A

    2 years OTR tractor-trailer experience

    Dry van, reefer and/or flatbed experience
