    Overall Job Purpose
    Reporting to the Director of Compliance and Risk Management, this position is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and receipt of all contracting documents, monitoring and supporting Client and Subcontractor needs and resolving and investigating issues as they arise.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and set up Client contracts in internal database
    • Manage and track contract approval process
    • Understand and follow company policies as it relates to contracting
    • Document retention in internal databases
    • Maintain integrity of contract data within internal databases
    • Prepare Subcontractor Agreements and Schedules
    • Manage and track documentation process
    • Identify and resolve issues related to Subcontractor or Client
    • Maintain integrity of subcontractor and Client data (accuracy and up to date data)
    • Understand the requirements of the supply arrangements, standing offers, master service
    • agreements
    • Support in activities to ensure Experis-Veritaaq adheres to Client requirements
    • Contract utilization reporting
    • Communicate contracting activity and status to other departments in the organization,
    • when needed
    • Administer and deliver on internal and external reporting requirements
    • Follow up with Sales department for outstanding documentation (Contracts, Client
    • paperwork, compliance documentation)
    • Support and respond to internal and external auditing requests
    • Filing of all contracting documentation where hard copies are required to be obtained
    • Respond to a high volume of various contracting related requests via email and phone
    • (internal/external)


    Key Criteria/Requirements
    • Post-secondary education e.g. college level accounting courses or equivalent
    • Work experience in a customer service environment in a high volume and deadline driven
    • function
    • Working knowledge of database software, accounting software, as well as excel and word
    • software packages
    • Paralegal or legal assistant experience an asset
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Exceptional prioritizing, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
    • Able to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team
