Must Have:  

-5+ yrs exp. as a User Experience (UX) Designer (NOT Developers)
-2+ yrs exp. as a User Interface designer
-5+ yrs exp. designing mobile & responsive experience
-Degree in design related discipline (i.e. Industrial, User-centred, Visual, Strategy, Mgt., Human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.)
-Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiences
-Strong prototyping skills through (i.e. Sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypes)
-Proficiency with design tools as such Axure & Adobe's Creative Suite
-Strong understanding of web & mobile technologies
-Strong portfolio that showcases understanding of user centred design
