  • FXC Intelligence is looking for people with success in account management, customer success and business development to take our industry leading data products in payments and FX to more top tier customers globally. We are a fast growing fintech with a client list of household brands with coverage across leading press such as The Economist.


    We sell to banks, payment companies, large corporates and governments. The role requires smart thinking, consultative selling, tenacity and patience.


    Responsibilities

     

    • Develop relationship with key members of client organizations.
    • Demonstrate an ability to take a client request through from concept to delivery through our interactive portal.
    • Demonstrate an ability to manage active accounts, ensure customers remain happy and help drive customer renewals
    • Support other senior members of the team in development of new clients (presentations, RFPs, etc.)

     

    Requirements

     

    • 2-3 years relevant in account management, customer success or business development experience
    • BA or higher level degree
    • Excellent written skills including use of powerpoint, excel and word
    • Excellent presentation skills and a proven track record of delivery
    • Development of best in class client specific research material
