Responsibilities:

• Participate in team meetings

• Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements.

• Creation of training related collateral including but not limited to:

o Slide decks including trainer notes for instructor led sessions

o Slide decks including associated scripts for self paced learning videos

o Handout material for classes

o Projects and marketing criteria for classes

• Peer review training material created by other members of the team.

Experience:

5+ years experience in Security Consulting

CISSP / CISA

Government Based

Lunix / Application Security

• Project Management experience in the deployment of leading edge technologies in a complex commercial environment.

• Has completed significant part of formal Project Management training program

• Has basic knowledge of routing, routing protocols, switching, internet and general network architecture.

• Has leadership skills and experience working with large project teams and strategic account teams.

• Has a working knowledge of the sales process including risk assessment and scoping

• Has a good understanding of the legal issues with contracts

• Has advanced negotiation and presentation skills

• Understands the organization, aims and processes

Extra Responsibilities

a.     Manage: So people with experience creating and running cyber management programs. Covering Governance, Risk and Compliance.

b.     Detect: People who have experience working in a SOC, and have created playbooks, devised detection strategy,

c.     Defend: This cover all areas of defending a business, so people that are network security architects, have secure application development, dev sec ops experience. End point security, cloud and virtualisation security. Also Crypto.

d.     Respond: This is all about incident response, so both building a program for it and emergency response. We have this covered at the moment.

e.     ICS: This is applying all the above to ICS and IOT networking. People who have experience with Oil and Gas would be really beneficial. Again security defence in depth.

 All of the people we are looking for should be good at creating documentation as the roles will be very centred around creating the collateral for the training program.
