Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth business operation of outsourced services, strategic management of resources, and adherence to compliance of business policies. Relationship management with the vendors & concerned stake holders, internal & external departments, legal counsel and well-managed Business Process Outsourcing.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the OSP Shop - Management of out sourced services through strategic relationship with the Vendors and all other stakeholders to achieve the desired results and continuity of the business.
- Strategic planning of managing outsourced resources to ensure flawless business operations.
- Effective communication and relationship building with the stakeholders & the vendors to pave the way ahead for business & future planning.
- Ensure the resources & vendor adhere to labor laws & comply with the legal aspects involved for securing direct involvement of KE in legal observations/noncompliance.
- Ensure proper execution of life cycle of OSP services, preparation & implementation of annual OSP budgeting.
- Ensure all legal requirements, SOPs, OLAs are in place and are in compliance by all ends, safety is monitored & adhered by all concerned (KE Employees, OSPs etc.) and the PPEs are as per KE Standards.
- Sharing analysis with the KE management regarding resources for current trends, future strategies & planning.
Business Process Outsourcing – Streamline & drive efficiencies.
- Strategic planning to convert OSP services into BPO model so that focus is on core business instead of day to day operations.
- Effective & smart planning of utilization of resources across the board, as per the business requirement & skill set.
- Supervising the supervisors/vendors, which ensures service quality is at its best, with minimum legal impact.
- To ensure OSP Attendance Management System (Decibel) is operational & providing the desire3d results in effective management of services, further enhance financial control, smart planning/utilizing of the services for a better business.
- Digitalization.
- To ensure that all vendors will adhere to the processes in true compliance as per SOP & standard Code of Conduct.
- To ensure all outreach facilities are managed properly through the respective vendors.
Litigation/Court Matters - Management of Litigation and disputed matters
- To ensure appearance in the courts on the behalf of management as and when required.
- Support to the litigation, IR and PS team.
- Managing court hearings regarding KE employees and OSP staff, on behalf of KE.
- Verify settlement dues for PS team & provide assistance in difficult cases.
- Coordination with litigation & PS team regarding settlement of special & out of court cases.
People Management
- Managing the team, strategically placement of team members as per their skill set.
- Team building activities to boost the moral, acknowledging their work & hear their grievance (if any).
- Inter departmental relation building for optimizing services & resources to ensure smooth business operations.
- Smart management of vendor along with excellent communication bridging for a smoother process transition & flow.
- To create a culture of KE values which will lead in the improvement of overall organization environment and better workplace.
Qualification & Experience:
Master (MBA/MPA) form reputable Institute, LLB will be preferred. With min. 10 years of experience out of which at least 4 years of OSP/BPO/Vendor management experience.
