  • You will be responsible to lead and manage the Sales Team as well as the department of Technical Service incl. Technical Training and Pricing responsibilities in the area. This role is responsible to maintain long term business relationships and maximize in same time sales opportunities based on profitable growth for the company. Next to the business development one key area of responsibility will be providing feedback, coaching and training to the teams.This position is located in our headquarters in Ratingen Germany



    Your Tasks

    • Define and execute territory sales plans for DACH region and then meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities in new and existing accounts
    • Drive strategic deals and accounts on a regular basis
    • Plan and direct sales staff activities and objectives to maximize sales volume as well as identify employee performance goals and measurements
    • Coordinate resources throughout the sales process, including product support
    • Develop and follow up of market development and initiates, when necessary corrective action plans to achieve sales and margin targets
    • Define organizational and territorial structure for future growth, while managing top & bottom line of P&L
    • Travel to customer’s sites, partners and events throughout DACH region to support sales efforts


    Your Profile

    • Successfully completed commercial or economical study with focus on sales & marketing or comparable education
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in IAM Sales for DACH Region with very good knowledge in market dependencies and existing network for key players in the industry
    • Methodical, analytical and structured thinking and operation methods, innovative capacity, flexibility, ability to work in teams, engaged and visionary
    • Some years of leadership experiences Very good CRM system knowledge
    • Fluent in German and English language as well as readiness to travel
