Job Summary: Looking for HR Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Manage the recruitment and placement of new staff as required and conduct staff orientation
Develop and maintain a positive organizational culture across the company
Manage the implementation of employee welfare
Generate training plans and ensure trainings are conducted
Responsible for payroll administration
Generate and issue job descriptions as well as employment contracts
Develop and manage performance management system
Make sure the company’s HR policies are compliant with the legal and local labor laws
Assess KPIs at various levels on a periodic basis
Develop and document policies as well as processes

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar position required
Strong people management skills
Must have good knowledge of the UAE labor law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in Ms Office suite required
