Job Summary: Looking for a Service Advisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Welcome customers at the service center, plan service appointments and assign an appropriate mechanic
Ask the mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives and inform the clients
Prepare estimates for cost and time required for repair work
Assist customers with in-depth information concerning repairs
Respond to questions concerning service outcome
Manage customer concerns, comments as well as complaints
Prepare service orders and describe problems as well as repairs
Required to manage and supervise the service center’s workflow

Job Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
At least five or more years of experience in the same role within the UAE
Good communication and customer service skills
Must be well groomed and highly presentable
Should be able to speak Hindi and English
Must have a valid UAE driving license
