Journeyman Program Analyst

Sabre is looking for a Journeyman Program Analyst to support one of our government customers at Patuxent River Naval Station. The selected applicant will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of equipment program/project objectives. The selected applicant will also

Analyze Equipment requirements, status, budget and schedules.

Perform equipment management and business case analyses.

Collect, complete, organize and interpret equipment data relating to aviation/ship/project acquisition and product programs.

Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Conduct equipment analysis.

The selected applicant may update Naval manuals, instructions and procedures. Specific experience in equipment planning and management which demonstrates the ability to perform independent work to provide equipment planning, scheduling, execution and support system effectiveness analysis and studies in support of aviation and ship systems and subsystems is highly desired.

BA/BS degree

Ten (5) plus years of Program Analyst experience in DoD Acquisitions

~Minimum of three (3) years Equipment Analyst experience monitoring operation, maintenance, and installation techniques and procedures

Demonstrated experience in program/project status

Demonstrated experience in earned value management

Demonstrated experience in schedules

Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
