  • Job Summary:

    • Direct support of operations by performing quality and auditable experiments, supporting LS, PE and DQE cadre while developing technical and business skills via blend of on the job learning and Compass training ladder. Broadens business and sales skills balanced with a technical understanding of the products.


    Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Carry out the fluid property, compositional analysis, and any other technical tasks 
    • Conducts all activities following Client’s Code of Ethics
    • Follows and complies with laboratory SDP and workflows, SOPs and all required QHSE policies
    • Follows all relevant Client’s initiatives and complies with standardization, Clarity, InTouch, Quest and any other required undertakings
    • Participates in all required safety, technical or business meetings
    • Monitors laboratory working areas to ensure clean, orderly, and safe working conditions
    • Learning segments services via on the job training and completion of Compass
    • Executing day to day tasks as assigned by the LS and or nominated personnel
    • Assists LS or other laboratory staff in providing the following as required:
      • Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
      • Required test information to clients
      • Assist  training to new recruits
      • Ordering supplies, chemicals, and parts for department operations
      • Disposal of laboratory waste according to HSE
      • Preparing presentations for internal and external laboratory clients
      • Tests to verify product/service design
      • Product quality assurance/quality control for required jobs
      • Reviews test procedures, results, and reports
    • Support dynamic nature of the laboratory business and be flexible to be assigned to duties, in addition to or in lieu of those described above; including oversees short term ‘loans’


    Education and Previous Experience:

    • BSc or technical college diploma (or equivalent) in relevant Engineering or Applied Sciences
    • Experience in relevant laboratory
