Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop implementation plan for awarded tenders based on contract requirements (Identify, plan, prioritize and monitor implementations)
- Increase client retention rate and exceed expectation by optimizing logistics processes and flow.
- Conduct customer visits as required to Map client requirements and create SOPs
- Create flowcharts and contact lists that clearly show ownership and escalation paths.
- Liaise with the industry verticals, product heads, and customer service teams to confirm expectations and requirements (per geography or mode of transport), based on customer needs and contract details.
- Provide regular updates for management and other key stakeholders on implementation performance, progress of key milestones/deliverable, risks, issues, plan vs. actual.
- Develop operational and billing SOP’s for client sign-off.
- Seamless handover from implementation to customer service and operations at program end cycle.
- Provide a handover report at the end of each account implementation detailing what worked well and what did not, including recommendations for future improvements in the overall process.
- Support post-go live operations as required by the customer or Aramex.
- Initiate further business re-implementation or optimization as required.
- Adhere to defined Aramex customer implementation methodology.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree, preferably in Logistics.
- Industrial engineering degree is a must
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in complex and large-scale project/business implementations.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain
- Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and according to prescribed deadlines.
- Profound knowledge and understanding of logistics/freight forwarding industry.
- Good multi-tasking / project coordination skills with the ability to lead multiple implementations.
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite. Especially Visio and MS project.
- Strong analytical, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation skill.
- Excellent English Verbal & Written skills
