We’re specialized in the payment industry projects. And the main project is - Card management system, which is called Prime 4. We closely work with this system. And the tasks are mainly related to implementation, data migration, support and so on.

This system is used by more than 200 (hundred) Banks all over the world.

It’s developed using Oracle Database and .Net technology stack.

Our solutions support hundreds of millions of cardholders, processing billions of transactions 24/7.

The clients are mostly foreign banks located around the world (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Commonwealth of Independent States).

Mostly we work on implementation (a full cycle starting from gathering client requirements and adapting the system configuration and also deploying the system at the client), data migration and support. Most of the tasks (~ 80%) are connected with the implementation of the product to the client, i.e. to the Bank. But we can say that our people are involved in the development also, i.e. customer customizations often are under our responsibilities.

The system is complex, so it is important to understand that there are no two customers with the same system, which means that the configuration changes the behavior of the system a lot, and also each bank has a lot of requirements, a lot of local specifics, depending on the country, region, etc. Therefore, there is a large part of configuration, analytics, a large part with legacy code. There is some documentation of the system, but often it does not cover everything, so you need to look at the already written code.

A person should quickly enough deal with what is already there, i.e. the client can ask all sorts of questions "how to implement this functionality?", "how will this affect the functional?" etc. To sum it up, the first component is an understanding of the business and the system, the second component is technical Oracle background. Therefore in addition to technical knowledge, business knowledge has a large importance.

System consists from different parts. This vacancy is related to banking processing (back office) which consists from multiple frontend and backend modules that cover various payment related areas:
