  • Bester Capital Media (Dubai-based ad agency) is looking for Dynamics 365/AX Finance Business Consultant to join the growing team of Account Management Department.


    Responsibilities

    Finance Business Consultant will be responsible for working on customer implementation, upgrade, and support of Microsoft Dynamics® 365 Finance and Operations and AX (D365/AX). Working in partnership with Delivery & Support team, the Finance Solution Consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, fit/gap analysis findings, functional design documents, test scripts, training documents, and progress updates throughout implementation lifecycle. Additionally, this position will assist in pre-sales/marketing activities such as blogs, videos, and webinars.


    We require business and application expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Costing, and other financial focused areas. Acting as a solution advisor and managing client relations is vital to the role. Additionally, the right candidate will be an individual with strong attention to detail in business process improvements and the ability to see the big picture.


    The Finance Business Consultant is expected to lead multiple projects with competing deadlines successfully. 



    Skills & Experience

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or Information Technology
    • Minimum of four years of relevant experience and one full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX with a focus in finance and accounting
    • Deep business expertise in finance and functional capabilities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Sales Order, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, and other financial focused areas
    • Cross-functional knowledge of other business modules and functional areas including Analytics, Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics), Manufacturing, Finance, Professional Services, Service Management, Transportation, CRM, Talent, and Retail is a plus
    • Current certification a plus or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment
    • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
