Our Recruitment Team plays a pivotal role in continuing our success by sourcing the most competent staff from various countries, to ensure the best possible mix of human resources.

You will ensure planned, effective and timely recruitment of personnel in accordance with the approved manpower plan and valid staff requisitions. To source the most competent staff from various countries, to ensure the best possible mix of human resources, advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, responsible for interviewing applicants, post job advertisements, give selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about applicant appointments

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible to organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist the Line Manager in recruitment efforts by streamlining recruitment operations.
  • Execute Recruitment strategies to undertake selection campaigns overseas and locally to attract suitably qualified and experienced candidates. To represent Qatar Airways to the external market with the employer brand positioning.
  • Accountable to recruit the most suitable candidates as per approved manpower budgets to ensure adequate manning of all departments. Ensure screening of applications to shortlist candidates for selection process.


About You

You will have a degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 4 years in Human Resources (Recruitment) in large multinational environment preferably in the airline industry.

Your proven sourcing skills will be essential to be successful in this role. Your demonstrated experience in managing effective working relationships will help you to work under pressure to defined tight timescales and budget.
