    The Opportunity:

    Our client is a leading global manufacturer of medical devices. They are established, successful and growing thanks to partnerships with many major hospitals and private care facilities throughout North America


    This company designs, manufacturers and distributes a broad range of medical devices for nearly every department in a healthcare facility setting. The line of medical devices helps facilitate a caregiver’s role in providing the best outcome for patients.


    Accountabilities:

    • You will be responsible for driving sales within your territory and must look at running your territory like it’s your own business, you must have an entrepreneurial spirit to be successful
    • Leads will be provided but you will also need to generate your own leads by calling on architects, designers, buying groups, practitioners and construction companies
    • You will need to make decisions and presentations while learning and training on the fly


    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years selling in a B2B environment
    • Able to thrive in a competitive, fast paced, ever changing environment
    • Able to regularly travel to the US (all expenses paid)


    Compensation and Final Thoughts:

    Year one income will come in around $75-$85K if you hit basic targets. Salary range between $45K-$60K depending on experience level. This company tends to promote very quickly, if you are performing you will get noticed and move up the ladder. Top reps typically make north of 200k. If you’re looking to break into medical device sales and have a true hunter mentality this is a home-run. No college or university degree? No problem, this company is more concerned with your eagerness to win, entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and personality.
