As our Senior Product Manager, you will shape the roadmap for internal tools and drive the automation of complex processes across the organization.

In this role you will lead the product development process from beginning to end, as well as define product priorities by understanding the needs of internal and external stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with various ops and revenue teams (including Supply Operations, Support, Customer Success, and Sales) to maximize the operational efficiency of our complex business model. You will address any technical and operational challenges, as well as gaps in our existing systems, with simple yet effective software tools.

We are a collaborative team of Product Managers and Designers with a customer-first approach to building products. What you'll do:

• Identify areas in our internal workflows and systems that can be optimized or automated in order to provide exceptional customer experience at scale.
• Define solutions and test rapidly to validate various options.
• Use data to make high impact decisions.
• Own and drive our Tools and Automation roadmap to prioritize and execute feature launches.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and business partners.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience launching internal tools that help with process efficiency or customer management.
• Deep knowledge of optimizing workflows and technology integrations.
• Data-driven and able to utilize key metrics for decision-making.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and comfortable working with remote (global) teams.
• Strong execution ability and experience taking a concept from idea to launch.
• Comfortable presenting and championing ideas to an executive team.

Bonus:

• Previous experience in operations, customer support, or marketplace (supply/demand) businesses.
• Computer Science degree or technical background.
