Job Description:

• Supervise development of new material formulations and processes to meet specific customer requirements

• Organize manufacture and approval of prototype parts for internal and external testing

• Support of applications engineering in gaining customer approval

• Definition of processing methods for volume manufacture

• Research on assigned activities as part of global core development

• Support of purchasing team in testing and validating new chemical grades

• Provide assistance on raw materials management

• Organize data collection, data analysis and report back findings or activate action from findings

• Attend meetings and complete DVP&R as required

• Complete monthly reports as requested by Management
