Experience

We are searching for the Field Coordinator with at least 03 years’ experience in creating awareness for the Technical and Vocational Programs offered for girls. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with local languages and customs and traditions will be an advantage. He/she must have the ability to work under extreme pressure, in difficult conditions while maintaining security awareness.

Job Brief:

• To provide ongoing support/counseling to the students to ensure regular attendance during their training and also continue the support after the toolkits have been gifted to ensure self-employment.
• Visit beneficiaries household if needed
• Conduct meetings with beneficiary’s families for ensuring that they are learning in a safe and secure environment for trust-building
• Responsible to submit weekly work plans and reports

Qualification:

The incumbent should have a Graduation degree in Social Science or relevant field
