    Obiettivo del tirocinio: provide support on the following activities:


    1) Build the company's communication materials: formalize company's presentation, structure our services, website building, development of past and current project case studies, etc...

    2) PR/events: develop the awareness of the company and its services to increase visibility through PR events and networking linked to innovation and digital transformation.

    3) Business development: increase the commercial opportunities, leads and prospects related to the servces offered by the company through cold-calling, networking, referral management, etc....

    4) Partnerships development: initiate and develop partnerships with other agencies, technological solutions, major tech players (Facebook, Google, etc...), and manage certification processes with them whenever strategically required (eg Google certified partner process, etc...).

    5) Support on the on-going digital business acceleration and innovation projects at 360° management around digital strategies implementation. Wide array of learning opportunities from editorial planning management, CMS management, ecommerce conversion rate development, analytics development, innovation workshop enablement, prototyping definition, etc...

    Key Attributes

    • At ease with digital communcation and design tools such as website building platforms, photoshop and other graphic design platforms.
    • Team oriented approach with the ability to take initiative, be autonomous and proactive, prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet expectations and deadlines across multiple deliverables and projects.
    • Strategic and analytics skills and capability to move from strategic work to operational implementation. We are doers and we are looking for people who can execute what they recommend.
    • Good communicator. Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups, with the ability to present complex information in an easily understandable format and tailored to the audience.
    • Knowledge of the digital and innovation space, curious about technology and with the ability to have a critical eye on sustainiable long-term changing trends vs short-term hypes.
    • Ideally knowledgeable in e-commerce management (.com and market places) and across the whole consumer conversion funnel, ideally in both B2B and B2C environments.
